Cancellation Policies:
We have a 48 hr. Cancellation Policy on all Non-Holiday Reservations.
We have a 7 day Cancellation Policy on the Memorial Day Weekend and July 4th Holidays.
We have a 14 day Cancellation Policy on the Labor Day Weekend Holiday/Cherokee National Holiday.

If you need to cancel your reservation(s), we request that you notify us by the cancellation policy time listed above prior to your reservation(s) check-in time. This will allow us the necessary time to rent your room(s). For late arrivals, arriving after 9:00 pm Central Time, please call our office at (918)453-9000. After hours, please call the manager at (209)487-3093.

Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome with advance notice and a pet fee will be assessed with your room charge of $10.00 per/pet, per/room, per/night, with a maximum of 2 pets per/room. If it is discovered that you have a pet in your room without Lodge knowledge, there will be a $150.00 charge per/pet, per/room, per/night to your credit card.
