Booking Terms and Conditions
All cancellations must be made prior to your Check-In time and conform to the relevant notice time-frame in order to avoid a penalty charge against the credit card you provided in the booking process; we require the following notice for cancellations:

Non-holiday reservations: a 48 hour notice is required by phone in order to avoid a penalty charge.

Memorial Day & Independence Day: a 7 day notice is required by phone in order to avoid a penalty charge.

Labor Day/Cherokee National Holiday: a 14 day notice is required by phone in order to avoid a penalty charge.
These cancellation policies are necessary for us to replace your booking should the instance occur.

Pet Fee: Your pets are welcome with us! Please let us know if your furry friends intend to stay with us. Upon your notice, a small fee of $15.00 per pet, per night will be applied to your final bill. We hate penalties just as much as you do, please notify us of your pet in order to avoid our $150.00 unapproved pet penalty.
